POLICIES

Cancellations and rescheduling must be made up to 48hrs (two days) prior to the booking. No refunds within the 48hr (two days) mark. No exceptions.

If you are unable to attend private lessons or have to reschedule you must do so 48hrs (two days) prior to the booking. You are not entitled to a refund if the cancellation or rescheduling is done within 48hrs (two days). You may discuss this further with your instructor if missing a class is due to unforeseeable events. If private lesson is missed within the package validation period, you must talk with your instructor in regards to making this booking up. 

All bookings must be paid for in advance and are only confirmed with:

• a full payment has been received

• the hirer has received a confirmation email

Irina Baicea properly and reasonably reserves the right to cancel or terminate wholly or in part any booking at any time and for any reason including, but not limited to, the following: (a) If the Client becomes bankrupt or insolvent or enters into liquidation or receivership; (b) If the Client is more than 14 days in arrears in respect of payments due to the Studio in respect of previous and/or current bookings or part(s) thereof; (c) If the booking might, in Irina Baicea’s reasonable opinion, prejudice the reputation of the Studio or Irina Baicea; (d) If the behavior of the Client or Guests (whether as individuals or as a group) is deemed, in Irina Baicea’s reasonable opinion, to be unacceptable; (e) Partial termination could result in a number of Guests being asked to leave the Venue; (f) If the activity of the Client or Guests (whether as individuals or as a group) breaches Fire/Health and Safety or any legislation in any way or deemed unsafe for staff, performers or public; and (g) Any such amendment/cancellation/termination shall be without prejudice to any right of action of the Studio or Irina Baicea in respect of non-payment or any breach of the terms and conditions.

Liability Waiver

I (the "Client") understand and agree that in participating in any dance class, workshop, rehearsal or performance, there is a possibility of physical injury. I voluntarily agree, therefore, to assume all risks and responsibility for any such injury or accident, which might occur to me or my child during any Irina Baicea classes, rehearsals, performances, or activities. I also exempt, release, and indemnify Irina Baicea, its owners, agents, volunteers, assistants, employees, guest artists, faculty members, and/or students from any and all liability claims, demands, or causes of action whatsoever from any damage, loss, or injury, to me, my children, or property which may arise out of or in connection with participation in any classes or activities conducted by Irina Baicea. I further hereby voluntarily agree to waive my rights and that of my heirs and assigns to hold Irina Baicea, its owners, agents, volunteers, assistants, employees, guest artists, faculty members, and/or students liable for such damage, lokkss, or injury. I understand that I should be aware of my physical limitations and agree not to exceed them. If I am signing this waiver for my children, I certify that I am the parent or legal guardian and have the right to waive these rights.
